OUR STORY
In 2020, among contenting with a new normal of lock downs, economic crises, high real estate prices and travel restrictions we decided we were tired of doing tasks that come with a basic household, and decided we needed something else, something bigger, something to challenge us, and something different.
Located in Quialigo, 25km south of Goulburn and 2 hours South of Sydney. Our 100 acres of bigger and better, a place that’s peaceful, a place of true tranquility.
We ideally wanted to make a difference. To begin something that’s meaningful and something we never thought we were capable of achieving. We wanted to experience life on a farm and to create an extra special place to someday grow a family.
We were overwhelmed by hard work, long hours, and the constant pressures of farm life, whilst trying to juggle full time “day jobs” but - we now look back and realise, it’s the lifestyle we love, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
We were advantageous, pursued our dreams and we took on the challenge, a path that has lead us to grow.
Three years on, we continue this journey and emphasise these qualities with our twin boys, Darcy & Mckenzie.
Ideally, just two Aussie battlers, trying to give it a crack.

We want to make a difference to the generations to come, and play our part in creating a more sustainable future.
With use of regenerative agriculture we are passionate about restoring and improving biodiversity. Our cattle contribute to this by diversifying pasture and improving soil.
We strive for quality, and emphasis the importance of happy, healthy animals.

ORGANIC FREE RANGE EGGS
True free range pasture eggs from happy, healthy hens, just how nature intended, free from chemical fertilisers, pesticides and herbicides. Our eggs are supplied in a biodegradable egg carton. With implementation of low stress cattle handling methods, our cattle have quiet, docile temperaments.
With Te Mania bloodlines, a strong genetic herd has an upmost importance to us. We are focused on exceptional carcase production, adequate growth, and positive calving ease.
Our beef is free from hormones, chemicals, preservatives & antibiotics.

Currently you can find us at Goulburn Farmers Markets which are held every fourth Saturday of each month from 8am - 11am.
We currently offer local delivery for our eggs.
As we expand we will endeavour to broaden our delivery services, along with increasing our market attendance within New South Wales.
